Acupuncture for Skin

At Jo Mac Acupuncture, I offer cosmetic or facial acupuncture, a natural, holistic way to refresh your skin from the inside out. Often referred to as “the natural version of Botox”, cosmetic acupuncture offers so much more than temporary smoothing of wrinkles because it treats the root cause of skin issues for lasting results. Using ultra-fine needles on the face and body, I stimulate circulation, boost collagen, and restore your skin’s natural elasticity. My treatments help smooth fine lines, improve tone and firmness, reduce puffiness, and give you a healthy, radiant glow, all while supporting overall wellness.

Deeply relaxing and rejuvenating acupuncture sessions are tailored to your skin goals. They begin with a warm cleansing technique, then ultra-fine facial needles targeted at areas of concern, plus body acupuncture to support and nourish from within. You’ll then relax under an LED light arc. Once the points are removed, the treatment ends with a refreshing facial mask and Indian Head massage. Facial acupuncture isn’t just about looking younger; it’s about addressing the root causes of skin concerns so your beauty radiates naturally and lasts longer.

How it works

Acupuncture for Skin works by supporting your body’s natural healing processes to refresh your skin from the inside out. Using ultra-fine needles on carefully selected acupoints on your face and body, I stimulate circulation, increase collagen production, and encourage the skin to regenerate naturally.

Each session is tailored to your skin, health, and personal goals. The treatment helps smooth fine lines, improve tone and firmness, reduce puffiness, and enhance your overall glow; all while promoting balance and wellness throughout your body. Clients find the experience deeply relaxing, often leaving feeling rejuvenated and revitalised.
