I was diagnosed with spondylitis of the neck and an impingement of the rotary cuff resulting in pins and needles in my fingers and a tingling sensation in my arm. I’ve had two sessions of ear acupuncture so far. I’m amazed at the difference it has made to my anxiety levels. I have not experienced an anxiety attack since my first treatment. Within 5 days I was back doing the thing that caused my attacks. Only low level anxiety was experienced and I was able to manage it easily. Jo is a lovely lady and made me feel very welcome from the offset. I will continue the treatment as things are so much better. I highly recommend giving Jo a try.
